Fabrication

Our complete machining capabilities include: cutting, drilling, counter-sinking, tapping, punching and piercing,
reaming, milling, boring, shearing, notching, turning, coining, and perforating. Your components may be assembled
with a variety of fasteners and techniques, including welding. Quality control is key, with the close supervision of
each stage of the production of a part to maintain exacting tolerances.

We design and produce "in-house" the vast majority of all fabrication tooling required to produce your part to your
specifications. This includes punch dies, jigs, templates, drill fixtures, guages or any tool needed to do the job.

Saws are available to do cut-to-length operations from 1/2" to 38'.
Also available are manual saws, automatic saws, notching saws, miter saws double miter saws,
and saws capable of skin mitering extrusions up to two inches in depth and miter cuts up to 20'.

Punching

Machining

Punch presses and press brakes with capability of punching
parts from 1/2" to 14' in a single stroke with tonnage capabilities up to
100 tons.

CNC, and both vertical and horizontal mills are available
These machines give us the capacity to shape, dress, mill, cut or groove any part
that cannot be punched.

Bending

Drilling

We have Pines benders that give us the capability to bend up to
3 1/2" tube with a 3/16" wall.
|
Numerous drill presses, including 2 with multiple drill spindles,
a multi-drill, and one large automatic tapping drill press are available to
drill holes up to 2 1/4" diameter.

Available to both deburr and achieve required surface finishes.

Finishing
|
|
Sapa in Magnolia, Arkansas offers industry-leading quality and variety in our finishing capabilities. Two anodizing lines add
clear or brite anodized finishes to parts up to 32 feet in length. Smaller parts, as small as 1/2 inch, may be anodized
after fabrication for the ultimate finished look. Our state-of-the-art Powder Paint Facility can powder-coat lengths up
to 25 feet long in a rainbow of colors.
